The factory is equipped with the most advanced calculation and design instruments ( finished parts, torsion and flexure analysis systems, CAD and CAM ), together with a QUALITY ASSURANCE service that guarantees compliance with UNI ISO 9001 standards and procedures. The company has qualified for DET NORSKE VERITAS certification since1996.

The OTG production lines use N/C machines and are organised with intermediate checking stages to ensure correspondence to design, design data, customer specifications and quality plans.

The completed units are tested on test beds both without load and under partial loads of up to 1000hp with vibration, temperature, output and noise monitoring.

OTG references include the most important manufacturers of turbines, compressors and pumps and top engineering companies.

O.T.G. has produced and installed machines capable of transmitting up to 25000 kW of power and driving rotors with speeds of up to 60,000 rpm.
